How do I return an item?
SeaQuest Marine.Com Return Policy
A return policy is necessary to help guide customers with steps that need to be adhered to and followed in the unlikely event of a customer ordering a wrong item, a similar but incorrect item, or a simple change of mind based on features of a product. Mistakes happen!
Customers may return items and products purchased from SeaQuest Marine.Com that are un-opened and un-used for up to a maximum of 30 days from the date of the invoice. This includes products shipped direct to the customer and products drop shipped from the OEM, original equipment manufacture on behalf of SeaQuest marine.Com for the customer.
All returned products must be in the original manufactures packaging, unopened, unused, and it must contain all of the original packaging as you received the product from SeaQuest Marine.Com. SeaQuest will need to remarket or re-sell this product as new, and if we can not based on damaged, torn, abused packaging, we will not be able to process a return. In other words, products with a broken manufacturer's seal will not be accepted for return.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, to cover the cost of product movement, restocking, inventory control, and employee time or payroll.
Return Authorization Number: All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization number issued by SeaQuest Marine.Com. To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN), please send us an Email to firstname.lastname@example.org Please include in your Email, your order number, the First Name and Last Name entered into the billing information section in the order, your phone number and best contact number and time, and refer to the product you'd like to return by both description and part number. Please write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping carton and packaging, not on the product packaging.

Every customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If the customer refuses delivery on a package after it has shipped, we will charge the customer, both the cost of shipping of the product out of our warehouse and the return shipping cost back to SeaQuest Marine.Com as UPS will charge us this amount.
If a returned product is damaged in transit back to SeaQuest Marine.Com, we cannot provide a refund for the returned products. The customer is responsible for placing an insurance claim with the shipper they have used. It is highly recommended that you insure your return package for the total cost of your order including the shipping cost. SeaQuest Marine will hold on to the damaged product till your shipper has made their inspection of the damage and has contacted the customer with the outcome of the damaged product. SeaQuest Marine.Com takes pride in how we pack and ship our products to our customers and has very low damages due to our care, so please take the same care in your return to avoid further delays.
